“Dragoon - The Custom Speaker” arises from the consideration of several factors affecting the sound of the electric guitar. By the analysis of existing amplifiers and speakers cabinets behavior, we realized that amplifiers have the expressive power and sound required by the musicians, but speaker cabinets limits that potential as a brake, regardless of the type of speaker mounted. Efficiency, dynamics, distortion and frequency response of amplifiers are restricted by the system on which speakers are mounted : THE SPEAKER CABINET.
The challenge was to do justice to the guitar player and his sound, without increasing the power of amp nor double or quadruple the number of speakers, as well as the weight and final size. More real sound, effective, versatile, dynamic, but reducing size and weight.
